Tec de Monterrey Access Manager Identity Provider (amfs.tec.mx)

A second institution-operated SAML 2.0 identity provider, a NetIQ/Micro Focus Access Manager deployment on tec.mx. It publishes signed SAML 2.0 metadata (entityID https://amfs.tec.mx/nidp/saml2/metadata) and Liberty ID-FF metadata, both readable without authentication. It is the IdP the RITEC repository's Shibboleth SP redirects institutional sign-in to, which is how it was found.
