POST /v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{key}/issues/{issueKey}/comments Create a comment.
POST /v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{key}/issues/{issueKey}/comments/bulk Bulk-create comments on one issue (1–50). Returns a per-item result array; 201 when all succeed, 207 when some fail.
PATCH /v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{key}/issues/{issueKey}/comments/{id} Edit a comment.
DELETE /v1/workspaces/{slug}/projects/{key}/issues/{issueKey}/comments/{id} Delete a comment.
