Superwall Webhooks V2 API

Manage webhook endpoints for receiving real-time event notifications. Delivery formats use dedicated Svix applications: `superwall` (default) and `superwall_v2`. Note: Webhook endpoints use iterator-based pagination (via the underlying Svix service).
