Manage job activities - the scheduled bookings and recorded time entries attached to a job. Each activity ties a staff member to a job with start and end times, representing both a calendar booking and, once worked, the tracked labour.

confirmed in ServiceM8's own documentation) are modeled from ServiceM8's
documented resource index and its consistent lowercase object naming
convention.
