RSL Collective Licensing APIs

Licensing APIs and tools that let AI companies automate content licensing from RSL Collective members under standardized RSL terms, pay royalties and deliver usage reports. The collective's license server (https://api.rslcollective.org, named in the RSL Standard license-server guide) implements the RSL Open License Protocol (OLP), an OAuth 2.0 extension for acquiring and validating RSL licenses. Access is requested by joining through the RSL Collective dashboard; no public API reference or machine-readable contract is published.
