Ready2order Vat Rate API

VAT rates define the tax percentages available for the account. When [creating](#operation/productCreate) or [updating](#operation/productUpdate) a product, you can reference a VAT rate by its `vat_id` via `product_vat_id`, or pass the percentage directly as `product_vat`.
