Pure Storage Policies - Storage Class Tiering API

A storage class tiering policy manages the criteria for tiering data within a filesystem from one storage class to another. These policies can be applied to one or more filesystems. Supported storage classes are `S500X-S` for speed, and `S500X-A` for archival.
