The following sequence of messages is sent for a single exchange request:
1. Clients establish a connection to the service by issuing a POST request to the /api/conversation/v1/generative-exchanges/sse endpoint.
2. The server processes the request and sends a response with a 200 OK status code, Content-Type header set to text/event-stream, and the first "Data-Only" message with a state of "DELTA". Notes that there is no Metadata or Reference in "DELTA" messages.
