PhonePe Payment Gateway API

Server-to-server REST API for creating PhonePe checkout orders, kicking off UPI / card / wallet / netbanking flows, and retrieving payment status. Issues redirect or intent URLs for the buyer to authorize and returns settlement-ready transaction state on completion.
