Authentication: `Authorization: Bearer `. The same key and the same prepaid
credit balance work for the mail connector and this one. Keys carry scope `read` or
`read,write`; write tools return 403 `forbidden_scope` for a read-only key.
Money: prepaid credits in integer cents. A fax costs 149 credits for the first page
and 49 for each additional page. Calls that cost credits return 402
`insufficient_credits` with `required_cents`, `balance_cents`, `fax_balance_cents`,
`topup_url`, `packs` and `fax_bundles` when the balance is short. Send one
`idempotency_key` per human request; replays within 24 hours return the original result
and a different payload under the same key returns 409.
Two balances. `balance_cents` is general credit, bought as a credit pack, and pays for
mail or fax. `fax_balance_cents` is fax-only credit, bought as a fax bundle, and pays for
faxes only -- which is why a bundle credits far more than it costs. A fax spends the fax
balance first and falls back to general credit for the remainder. `create_topup_link`
takes either `amount_cents` (a pack) or `fax_bundle_cents` (a bundle), never both.
Pages: a Markdown body is quoted at one page per 3,000 characters and a `pdf_url` at one
page, then the charge is trued up against the page count the provider reports. A fax that
fails in transmission is refunded once, when you next call `get_fax_status`.
