NexGen Cloud Floating IP API

A floating IP is a static public IPv4 address that can be assigned to a virtual machine. Floating IPs persist across VM lifecycle events, detach from one VM and reattach to another to keep the address. Allocating a floating IP without attaching it incurs a small reservation fee.
