Operations 4

Each operation below carries the questions people ask an LLM about it and the instructions they give an agent to run it. Generated by API Evangelist overlay

GET /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.DataFactory/factories/{factoryName}/credentials List credentials in a factory · Credential operations list by factory #
Ask an LLM
“Which credentials are stored in my Azure Data Factory?”
“Can I see all credential entries defined in a factory?”
Tell an agent
List the credentials in factory {factory}.
Show every credential configured in {factory}.
GET /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.DataFactory/factories/{factoryName}/credentials/{credentialName} Get a credential · Credential operations get #
Ask an LLM
“How do I read the definition of one credential in a data factory?”
“Can I fetch a credential only when it changed since the ETag I have?”
Tell an agent
Get credential {credential} from factory {factory}.
Fetch credential {credential} in {factory} unless it matches ETag {etag}.
PUT /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.DataFactory/factories/{factoryName}/credentials/{credentialName} Create or update a credential · Credential operations create or update #
Ask an LLM
“How do I add a new credential, like a managed identity, to a data factory?”
“Can I change an existing credential's properties with an ETag check?”
Tell an agent
Create credential {credential} in factory {factory} with properties {properties}.
Update credential {credential} in {factory} to {properties} if its ETag is {etag}.
DELETE /subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.DataFactory/factories/{factoryName}/credentials/{credentialName} Delete a credential · Credential operations delete #
Ask an LLM
“Can I remove a credential that my factory no longer uses?”
