imgauth REST API

Attestation/proof-of-existence REST API. Client-side SHA-256 hashing, signed PDF certificates, RFC 3161 timestamps, OpenTimestamps/Bitcoin anchoring, verifiable certificate pages, and status telemetry. Field names are Italian by design.
