GitLab Runners API

Use this API to manage the [runners](https://docs.gitlab.com/ci/runners/) already registered to an instance, group, or project. To create a runner, use the [`POST /user/runners`](https://docs.gitlab.com/api/users/#create-a-runner-linked-to-a-user) endpoint instead.
