The ArcGIS Server folder behind HUD's Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Data and Mapping Tool, FHEO's own analysis surface for program participants. Publishes AffhtMapService and AFFHTReportService MapServer endpoints, an AFFHTReports geoprocessing service, and WebMaps feature and map services. The tool's own web front end at https://egis.hud.gov/affht/ returned HTTP 503 when probed on 2026-09-07; the REST services behind it answered 200.
