Verified with a real harvest, not link presence: verb=Identify returns repositoryName "Pure OAI Repository", adminEmail pure@tue.nl and earliestDatestamp 2015-11-10; verb=ListMetadataFormats returns seven prefixes (oai_cerif_openaire, mods, nl_didl, oai_dc, xmetadiss, qdc, uketd_dc); verb=ListSets returns the OpenAIRE CRIS entity sets plus per-year publication sets back to 1937; and verb=ListRecords over set=openaire_cris_persons returns real cerif:Person records with a resumptionToken. The Identify response asserts OpenAIRE CERIF profile 1.2 compatibility. No key, no signup.
