    ## 認証

    `X-API-Key` ヘッダーにAPIキーを設定してください。`Authorization: Bearer ` 形式も受け付けます（両方を送った場合は X-API-Key を優先）。

    APIキーは /developers で無料取得できます。


    ## レート制限

    - Anonymous（APIキーなし）: 100回/日（トラッキングなし）

    - Free: 100回/日

    - Pro: 1,000回/日

    - Developer: 10,000回/日

    - Business / Enterprise（法人向け・個別対応。料金はお問い合わせ）


    全レスポンスに `X-RateLimit-Limit`, `X-RateLimit-Remaining`, `X-RateLimit-Reset` ヘッダーが含まれます。

    `X-RateLimit-Reset` は、日次の上限を数えている日（日本時間の日付 `YYYY-MM-DD`）です。上限はその翌日の0時（日本時間）に戻ります。 日次の上限で HTTP 429（`rate_limit_exceeded`）を返すときは、戻るまでの秒数を `Retry-After` ヘッダーで返し、本文にも `error.retry_after_seconds`（秒）と `error.resets_at`（戻る時刻、ISO 8601）を入れます。この時刻までは再試行しても成功しません。 月次の上限で止まった場合、月次の残りも0の場合（翌日になっても再開できないことがあります）、および再開時刻を出せない場合は、これらを付けません。

    APIキー未使用時は `X-RateLimit-Plan: anonymous` が付与され、Remaining は `N/A`（トラッキング対象外）になります。


    ### プラン内部識別子 ↔ 表示名（2026-09-03 改称・識別子も同日変更）

    `plan`（`GET /v1/usage`）/ `current_plan` / `recommended_plan`（HTTP 429 応答・MCP 通知設定エラー）が返す値は**内部識別子**です。 **2026-09-03に`business`→`developer`へ変更しました** （告知: https://edinetdb.jp/legal/notice-2026-09-03-plan-ids）。2026-09-03〜2026-10-03 は旧値を `plan_legacy`（`current_plan_legacy` / `recommended_plan_legacy`）として併記します （`deprecated`。この期間を過ぎたら廃止します）。法人向け（`enterprise`）の識別子は 2026-10-01 に `corporate` へ変更します（2026-10-01〜2026-11-05 は旧値を `*_legacy` として併記）。 顧客向けの表示名が要る場合は `GET /v1/usage` が返す `plan_label`（該当する場合は `current_plan_label` / `recommended_plan_label`）を使ってください。対応表:

    ## 請求単位 (Usage accounting、2026-05-31 明文化)

    - REST: 認証付き HTTP リクエスト 1 回 = **1 request unit**

    - MCP: `tools/call` 1 回 = **1 request unit**

    - MCP `initialize` / `tools/list` / `ping` = **0 request units** (制限対象外)

    - 1 リクエスト内で複数フィールド / 複数 section を取得 (例: /text-blocks?sections=risks,mda) しても **1 unit のまま**

    - 1 日のリクエスト上限（REST）は、認証と上限の確認を通って処理に進んだリクエストを 1 回として数える。その後の応答が 4xx / 5xx になっても取り消さない。API Key が無い・無効なリクエストと、上限に達して 429 を返したリクエストは数えない

    - MCP の `tools/call` も同じ上限を消費し、ツールの処理がエラーになっても取り消さない。上限による拒否（HTTP 200・`isError=true`）は数えない

    - REST の応答ヘッダ `X-Unit-Cost` は課金単位の表示で、API Key 付きの成功（2xx）の応答で 1、それ以外（4xx / 5xx・API Key なし・`/v1/status` などの運用用の口）は 0（1 日の上限の数え方とは別）


    ## 廃止予告ポリシー (Deprecation policy、2026-05-23 明文化)

    Endpoint を廃止する際は **180 日以上の deprecation period** を設けます。RFC 9745 (Deprecation header) + RFC 8594 (Sunset header) + RFC 8288 (Link rel="successor-version") 準拠。詳細: /docs/deprecation-policy


    - `Deprecation: @` header — 廃止予告日 (RFC 9745 Structured Field Date)

    - `Sunset: ` header — 削除予定日 (180 日以上後、RFC 8594 IMF-fixdate)

    - `Link: ; rel="successor-version"` header — 後継 endpoint URL

    - Sunset 日以降は HTTP 410 Gone (+ Link header 6 ヶ月継続)

    ## コード体系

    企業の識別には **EDINETコード**（例: E02367）を使用します。証券コード（例: 7974）ではありません。

    EDINETコードは `/v1/search` または `/v1/companies` のレスポンスに含まれる `edinet_code` フィールドで確認できます。


    ## ページネーション

    `/v1/companies` はページネーション付きです。レスポンスの `meta.pagination` に以下が含まれます:

    - `total`: 全件数

    - `total_pages`: 総ページ数

    - `page`: 現在ページ

    - `per_page`: 1ページあたり件数


    企業一覧の取得例（ページネーション前提）:

        - cross_shareholding / customer / related_party の対象解決は正規化名の完全一致のみ。 曖昧・未解決マッチは一切返さない (誤った企業への紐付けを避けるため、Gold 構築時に除外)。

        - 本 endpoint は verified なマッチ (target_match_confidence != needs_review) のみを常に 返す。低信頼マッチ (subsidiary_affiliate の法人番号ブリッジ経由で needs_review になった行) を見る opt-in は提供しない。件数の透明性は meta.excluded_low_confidence_count (このフィルタ で隠れている行数) で担保する。

        - large_holder は大量保有報告書 (2021-03 以降のみ。金商法27条の28第1項が定める法定公衆縦覧期間 5年により、EDINET が5年経過分を順次削除するため。当社取得経路の制約ではない) が源。

        - related_party は現状カバレッジが限定的 (全社で 147 行のみ)。空でも「関連当事者なし」 を意味しない。

        - metric_primary / metric_secondary は appearance_type ごとに単位・意味が異なる。 型をまたいで SUM/AVG しない。'
