The GetCapabilities request is the starting point for a client. It returns information about the WMTS service parameters. By default, a GetCapabilities request will return a “Latest” basemap layer, “Latest (Best Resolution)” basemap layer, and up to 100 individual orthomosaic layers, ordered by the newest captured first.
