OGC-standard web services served from a GeoServer instance. Verified anonymously on 2026-08-20: a WMS 1.3.0 GetCapabilities document declaring 193 layers and a WFS 2.0.0 GetCapabilities document declaring 61 feature types returned HTTP 200 and is saved here verbatim. These GetCapabilities documents are the machine-readable contract for this surface — there is no OpenAPI for the classic OGC services.
