Channex Tax Sets API

Manage Tax Sets — named groups of Taxes applied to Rate Plans, with the order the taxes are calculated in. The first set of a Property becomes its default and is applied to every new Rate Plan of the Property automatically; a Rate Plan detached from a set falls back to it. See `default_tax_set_id` on Properties and `tax_set_id` on Rate Plans.
