Channex Hotel Policies API

Manage Hotel Policies — general property rules: check-in/out windows, guest limits, internet, parking, pets, and smoking. A policy belongs to one property, and the property points at it through `hotel_policy_id` (see the Properties resource); deleting the policy clears that reference.
