Cernion Companies API

Company entity management (v0.20.3). Groups multiple BDEW market-partner codes that belong to the same economic unit (Konzernverbund / Stadtwerk). Supports autoDiscover (cernion_market_partners query → draft → confirm flow) and manual member management. enrichResults enriches market-partner search results with companyId + marketRole.
