Originally acquired by Black Knight in 2020, Optimal Blue was divested to Constellation Software's Perseus Operating Group in September 2023 as a condition of FTC clearance for the ICE / Black Knight deal. APIs now live at digitalmarketplace.optimalblue.com under OAuth 2.0, with claimed search-request averages under 1 second across "millions of calls daily."
