Babylon.js Procedural Textures

GPU-generated procedural textures — brick, cloud, fire, grass, marble, normal-map, perlin-noise, road, starfield, and wood — packaged separately as `@babylonjs/procedural-textures` so applications can opt in only to the procedurals they need.
