AGL Instrument Cluster API

The published interface specification between the Cluster UI in the HMI layer and the IC-Service in the service layer of an AGL instrument cluster. Revision 1.0, officially released 2026-02-04 after four years of drafts. Defined against the C language ABI, with polling and event usage models over pseudo shared memory, enum and macro constant definitions, and a signal retrieval API documented per function. This is an in-process/IPC interface, not an HTTP API - it has no base URL and no callable host, which is why none is recorded.
