AGL Gerrit Code Review API

AGL runs its own Gerrit instance as the authoritative home of the AGL source tree - 263 projects including meta-agl, AGL-repo and the agl-service-* application-framework bindings. Its REST API is anonymously readable: projects, branches, changes and server configuration all answer without a credential, which makes the AGL release branch set (guppy through vimba) machine-discoverable. The contract is upstream Gerrit's, documented by the Gerrit project; AGL operates the deployment and the data.
