The counterpart to every endpoint that returns TEXT. OCR a page, run a

pipeline, translate a chapter, and until now the only way out was the

clipboard: the docx/epub builders existed but were reachable only from a

/v1/book job, which needs a source file and bills per page.

It reuses those builders exactly (`app.ocr.docout`), so an exported docx is

the same docx a book job produces. Page structure survives the round trip:

text is split on the `----`/`---` rules build_txt and build_md themselves

emit, and `#`/`##`/`###` become real headings rather than paragraphs that

happen to start with a hash.

No GPU, no LLM -- this is CPU only, which is why it is one credit.'
