Vaulted Tokenization API

Tokenizes and detokenizes sensitive data through ALTR's token vault for analytics and transactional workloads, including bring-your-own-key. The public reference endpoint returns HTTP 403 to anonymous callers, so no machine-readable specification could be captured.
