Alpen Testnet JSON-RPC

Alpen's public JSON-RPC interface exposed by the full node and bundler on the Alpen Testnet (chain ID 8150, Signet BTC). Supports standard Ethereum eth_* methods, twenty-five Strata-specific strata_* methods (protocol status, checkpoints, deposits, chainstate, sync), and ERC-4337 account-abstraction methods on the bundler.
