Alpaca ACATS API

Endpoints for initiating and tracking ACATS transfers. Use the ACATS endpoints to create transfers and query their current state, and the [Admin Action Events Stream](#operation/subscribeToAdminActionSSE) under the **Events** group to receive real-time status updates (`acats_status_admin_event`) as a transfer moves through its lifecycle.
