title: AINumbers.co Fintech Intelligence Suite Attestation Mandate…
version: 1.0.0
description: '**1255 fintech intelligence tools** covering ISO 20022, A2A payments, CFPB §1033, EU AI Act, DORA, MiCA, AML/KYC, BaaS, DLT/tokenization, ESG/climate finance, agentic payments (AP2, ACP, x402, Visa TAP, Mastercard Agent Pay), PQC migration, sanctions screening, and OpenChainGraph v0.4 computation chains.
## Transport
> **The live transport is MCP JSON-RPC 2.0 at `https://mcp.ainumbers.co/mcp` — not REST.**
>
> This OpenAPI file is a **descriptive data-room artifact** — a machine-readable index of all tools and their input/output schemas. The REST paths (`POST /v1/tools/{name}`) described here are a projection; they become functional only if the optional REST shim (Area 2 Path B) is deployed.
>
> To call tools today, connect via the official MCP client SDKs. TypeScript: `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk`. Python: `mcp`.
## Architecture
All tools run **entirely client-side** (browser JavaScript). Zero PII. Zero server calls after page load. Deterministic, reproducible outputs. Licensed CC BY 4.0.
OpenChainGraph v0.4 compute-binding nodes additionally run **server-side on the MCP Worker** and emit verifiable artifacts with `execution_hash` (WebCrypto SHA-256 over RFC 8785 canonical JSON).'

post:
operationId: attest_daily_reconciliation
summary: Daily Reconciliation Attestation
description: 'Attests that a daily reconciliation duty was discharged over a caller-declared population, rather than computing the reconciliation match itself. Checks population completeness in both count and value (declared population vs matched+unmatched+partially-matched), ages open exceptions against a caller-declared tolerance, and diffs the current exception list against the prior period''s carried-forward exception set to detect an exception that disappeared without a documented resolution. Where the prior-period exception set is not supplied at all, continuity is reported as unverifiable rather than falsely clean. Region-portable: every fact is a caller-declared input, with no country, currency, or scheme hardcoded. Deterministic arithmetic only. Zero network, zero PII.

/v1/tools/attest_margin_call_lifecycle:
post:
operationId: attest_margin_call_lifecycle
summary: Member Margin Call Lifecycle
description: 'Tracks a clearing member''s margin call through its declared lifecycle states -- issued, confirmed, funded, or disputed and escalated as a contingency path -- against a caller-declared SLA window, and attests whether the call was funded within the CCP''s own published timing rule. Checks that the declared state timestamps are chronologically consistent and, for a still-open call, whether it has already run past its SLA as of a caller-declared evaluation point. Emits an informational suggested gate route (end, escalate, or hold) without itself implementing any escalation workflow. Region-portable: currency and the SLA window are caller-declared inputs, with no CCP or jurisdiction hardcoded. Deterministic arithmetic only. Zero network, zero PII -- the member reference is an opaque caller-supplied string, never a raw identity.

post:
operationId: record_index_correction
summary: Record Index Correction
description: 'art-557 already covers constituent-set corrections via the SPEC.md top-level supersedes field; this node adds the equivalent for a published index level or weight-set value, the case BMR calls an index restatement: a level or weight was published, then found wrong, and corrected. HARD FENCE: this kernel attests THAT a correction was declared, by whom (the caller-supplied original_value_ref), and why (reason_code); it does not itself verify the corrected value against a third-party recomputation, and it creates no reverse link or status registry, SPEC.md §1 is explicit that supersession is discoverable only from the newer artifact or a log scan. Fourth entry of the Financial Index/Benchmark Administrator Lineage family. Two separate regimes, cited separately: EU Benchmark Regulation (BMR, Regulation (EU) 2016/1011) Art 12(1)(e) (traceable and verifiable) is the cited traceability rationale; SEBI (Index Providers) Regulations, 2024 was searched and has no located provision governing correction or restatement of a published index value, recorded here as an explicit N/A, not silently inherited. This kernel makes no compliance claim under either regime.
