APIs.io Crosses 10,000 APIs as April Profiling Completes

The April profiling batch just landed and the numbers are substantial. This rebuild added 609 providers and 1,951 APIs to the catalog, pushing the total API count past 10,000 for the first time — 10,360 APIs across 2,553 providers.

The April batch covered a wide range of providers that fill in meaningful gaps in the catalog. Enterprise software is now well represented, with Microsoft’s product surface expanded (Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning), Oracle’s ERP and analytics products added, Salesforce’s developer tooling extended, and the broader Adobe creative and productivity suite rounded out. The AI and developer infrastructure cluster also grew substantially, with additions covering LangGraph, Lean, and a cluster of observability and workflow platforms.

Alongside the provider and API additions, the build surfaced 27 new AsyncAPI specifications — the largest single-build increase for that category — as providers in the messaging, streaming, and event-driven integration space were profiled for the first time. JSON-LD documents grew by 111 and Spectral rulesets by 10, adding governance and linked data coverage for the new providers.

Running totals: 2,553 providers, 10,360 APIs, 758 capabilities, 43,847 schemas, 136 AsyncAPI specs, 2,837 JSON-LD documents, 782 Spectral rulesets.
