The Zendesk Dynamic Content API lets you manage reusable, localized text snippetscalled dynamic content itemsso you can keep messages consistent across macros, triggers, automations, email notifications, and apps. With it, you can programmatically create, read, update, and delete items; add and edit language variants; set a default locale; and activate or deactivate content.
