Zendesk Activities API

The Zendesk Sell Activities API lets you programmatically manage the work your sales team doessuch as calls, emails, meetings, and tasksby creating, reading, updating, and deleting activity records. Activities can be linked to leads, contacts, and deals, include details like due dates, reminders, outcomes, owners, and notes, and can be filtered and paginated by type, status, user, or timeframe.
