company_count MAY BE NULL, and null is not zero. It means the job-corpus pass has not run for that name; treating it as a measured zero publishes a fabricated number in a field whose whole value is that it is sourced.

One regulation: what it is, its jurisdiction and scope, a link to the law itself, and reaches[] — the country, region and industry cohorts this regime binds. Use reaches[] to go straight to the affected members with find_providers. company_count may be null; null means the corpus pass has not run for that name, not that no company mentions it.
