Surfaces the Overlay, OpenAPIOverlay artifact types. meta says who wrote each one (authorship: provider / derived / generated / unmarked, through the same provenance classifier the Kin Score uses), whether the provider hosts it (provider_hosted — the only kind the overlay_published check credits), what its actions touch (purpose), the action, update, removal and target counts, the contract it extends and the Overlay version. Most records are API Evangelist-generated conversational phrasing; filter authorship=provider for the ones providers publish.
