List corporate estates.
An estate is one COMPANY whose API surface is spread across many provider records - Amazon across 237, Cisco 37, Salesforce 27. The catalog computes these and publishes them at apis.io/estates/; this is the same rollup on the API. Use it when two slugs look like separate vendors and you need to know whether they are one company. Ranked by member count. The member ROSTER is omitted here and returned by GET /estates/{slug}: a single large estate carries hundreds of member objects.

Answers the question an agent has while looking at one provider - is this part of a larger company? Returns 200 with a null estate when the provider stands alone. That is a measured absence rather than a missing record, and it is deliberately not a 404, because 'no such provider' and 'this provider is in no estate' are different facts.
