Real-time 270/271 eligibility inquiry that posts a full benefit request to a payer and returns the detailed 271 response, with asynchronous retrieval (GetEligibilityResponse), pending-queue listing (GetPendingInquiries), and transaction cancellation (CancelTransaction).
