Creative upscale an image

Increases the resolution of an image while enhancing details and adding creative improvements. An optional text prompt can guide the enhancement process. This produces higher quality results than conservative upscaling but takes longer to process. This is an asynchronous endpoint that returns a generation ID for polling.
