Update an SAP HANA Cloud service instance

Updates the configuration of an existing SAP HANA Cloud service instance. This operation supports starting and stopping instances by setting the serviceStopped parameter, scaling memory and vCPU resources, updating allowed IP addresses, modifying storage size, and changing other configuration parameters. The update is processed asynchronously.
