Returns a list of configured data patterns used for DLP detection. Includes both predefined system patterns (such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and HIPAA identifiers) and custom patterns defined by the organization. Each pattern includes its detection rules, confidence thresholds, and associated data profile assignments.
