Retrieves purchase order records. Maps to the PO_HEADERS_ALL, PO_LINES_ALL, PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ALL, and PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL tables through the PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS_PKG PL/SQL API.
