Get a catalog leaf

Retrieves a catalog leaf document containing metadata about a specific package ID and version at a point in time. The URL is discovered from a catalog page and should not be constructed by clients. Leaf types include PackageDetails for metadata snapshots and PackageDelete for deletion records.
