Montran List payments

Retrieves a list of payments processed through the Global Payments Hub. Supports filtering by payment type, status, currency, date range, and clearing system. Returns payments across all supported clearing and settlement mechanisms including SEPA, Target2, Fedwire, CHIPS, RTGS, ACH, and cross-border payments.
