Microsoft Windows 10 Create a toast notification

Creates and displays a toast notification using the ToastNotificationManager. Toast notifications are pop-up UI elements that appear in the lower right of the screen and can contain text, images, and interactive elements such as buttons and text input fields. The notification content is defined using adaptive notification XML templates.
