Microsoft Graph Search is the unified enterprise search capability for Microsoft 365, exposed via the Microsoft Graph API, that lets apps query and discover content across services like SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, and moreas well as external systems connected through Graph connectors. It returns securitytrimmed, relevanceranked, and personalized results based on the users permissions and work signals. Developers can target specific entity types (such as files, messages, events, sites, chats, people, and external items), apply filters, facets, and sorting, and even retrieve answers like bookmarks or Q&A, enabling tailored search experiences in custom apps, portals, or Teams.
