List Gateways

List all Gateway resources in the specified namespace. A Gateway describes a load balancer operating at the edge of the mesh receiving incoming or outgoing HTTP/TCP connections, specifying which ports should be exposed, what protocol to use, and the SNI configuration for the load balancer.
