If your GitHub instance uses [LDAP Sync with Active Directory LDAP servers](https://docs.github.com/[email protected]/admin/identity-and-access-management/using-ldap-for-enterprise-iam/using-ldap), Active Directory LDAP-authenticated users cannot be suspended through this API.
