Fetch the details of a specific view.

Retrieves details of a specific view identified by the viewId. To retrieve the rule associated with the view, pass include=rules in the request. If the requested view has been deleted, you will get an empty response. budgetData will be returned if budget is set for the VIEW at any of the levels.
