Create a subscription

Creates a new recurring billing subscription for a customer. Requires a plan_id identifying the billing plan and either a payment_method_token or payment_method_nonce identifying the payment method to charge each billing cycle. The subscription begins immediately or on a specified future date, optionally with a trial period. Add-ons and discounts from the plan can be inherited, overridden, or supplemented with new ones.
